Postpartum Care

Maternal Care
- •Support for successful breastfeeding
- •Breast massage to relieve engorgement
- •Support for postpartum healing (sitz baths for pain relief and wound healing)
- •Massage or postpartum exercise support, emotional support
- •Hygiene management, nutrition management, meal preparation, and kitchen cleanliness

Newborn Care
- •Management of the newborn's room and items
- •Recording and managing newborn activities (diapers, feeding status)
- •Managing feeding and sleeping cycles, providing advice
- •Newborn bathing, umbilical cord care, massages, and changing clothes
- •Sterilizing bottles, managing breast pumps
- •Accompanying mother and baby on outings and providing light household help if needed
Family Care / Housekeeping Services

The primary duty of the caregiver is to take care of the mother and newborn. They also look after the older child when the baby's father is on a business trip.
- •Examples are dropping off and picking up from kindergarten (not including driving), preparing meals and snacks, washing hands and face, tidying toys, etc.
- •Adjustments to tasks can be made depending on the situation
As a postpartum helper, the caregiver provides only a limited portion of housekeeping services.
- •Services may change or be omitted based on the health status of the mother and newborn.
- •The caregiver does not support household tasks that are not directly related to postpartum care, such as preparing side dishes for other family members, cleaning the entire house, doing laundry for the family, washing bedding, ironing large amounts of clothes, making kimchi, entertaining guests, or preparing packed lunches.
- •Additional charges may apply if household tasks not directly related to postpartum care are requested.
Basic Service Recipients
The basic service recipients include the mother, father, and newborn.
Additional daily charges apply for extra family members not included in the basic service.
