How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 months before your due date. During peak seasons (fall and winter), earlier booking is advisable.

What is the minimum service period?

All services are available from a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days). You can book 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 week periods.

Can I change my caregiver?

Yes, it's possible. However, there may be additional fees for caregiver changes, and adjustments will depend on the new caregiver's schedule.

Is there an additional fee for twins?

Yes, for twins there is an additional 50% of the basic service fee. Please refer to our pricing page for detailed rates.

Can I consult via Kakao Talk?
