Application for Postpartum Care Services

  • For mixed-type reservations (commute + live-in), the live-in deposit applies.
  • Extensions may not be possible due to the birth schedules of subsequent mothers.
  • Service fees should be paid weekly directly to the postpartum caregiver after the service has been provided.

Service Contract Execution

  • A reservation is confirmed when the payment is made to the company's bank account or via Zelle, and the contract is signed.
  • Reservation Changes: In unavoidable cases, reservations can be changed before the service starts by requesting at least 5 days prior to the start date to the company operator.

Reservation Cancellation

  • Cancellation by the Mother: The mother can cancel the postpartum care service reservation before it starts in unavoidable circumstances. However, after deciding on a caregiver through an interview, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by the Company: The company can cancel the reservation before the service starts for unavoidable reasons, in which case the full deposit will be refunded.

For Service Extensions and Changes

If you wish to extend or change the service period, please contact us before 50% of the current service period has elapsed to allow for rescheduling and adjustments.

If there are other reservations already scheduled, service extensions may not be possible. We recommend you reconfirm the period when making a reservation. All service extensions and changes must be confirmed in agreement with the postpartum caregiver.

  1. Please review the details on our website, and for any questions, you can receive explanations and information about the services from Mom Helper USA to help you decide on the service you want.
  2. Review the contract and terms of use, then submit the service application form available on the website. Transfer the deposit to the company's bank account or via Zelle.
  3. Selected postpartum caregivers will be introduced to you via phone or meeting.
  4. The caregiver will be dispatched to provide the service on the requested date.
  5. For out-of-state services, carefully review the service procedures and costs before selecting the detailed service.
